Kristin Wilson brings to her role more than 25 years of leadership in behavioral healthcare. She has led across the continuum of care—including inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings—with expertise spanning a broad range of mental health and substance use disorders, including trauma, mood disorders, process addictions, and eating disorders.
A licensed clinician and a Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Kristin has served as a clinical supervisor, executive director, trainer, interventionist, and outreach leader. Her strategic vision, clinical expertise, and passion for transforming the delivery of care guide her mission of advancing access, quality, and meaningful outcomes for individuals and families.
