Kristin Wilson brings to her role more than 25 years of leadership in behavioral healthcare and is grounded in a deep belief that growth and exceptional patient experience must go hand in hand. Since beginning her career, she has led clinical, operational, and front-end teams across the continuum of care.
Kristin holds a master’s degree in psychology and the creative arts therapies from Drexel University. Her accomplishments include being selected for Women We Admire’s Top 50 Women Chief Experience Officers in 2025, and serving as a featured mental health expert for national news outlets such as Bustle, the Huffington Post, and Parents magazine. In early 2026, Kristin marked her 10th year at Newport Healthcare.
