Whitney Balliett, LPC, LADC
Whitney Balliett has a commitment to helping individuals and families who struggle with mental health, substance abuse, and communication breakdowns. Whitney has been a Family Therapist for nearly 30 years, and has attended specialized trainings for ABFT, Cultural Competence, and numerous other modalities. In his role at Newport Academy, he uses his certifications in DBT, ACT Counseling, Microcurrent Electrical Therapy (MET), MI, and CBT to treat young adults who are struggling with substance abuse, process additions, and a range of co-occurring disorders.
