Scott Giordano, LPC
Scott Giordano, LPC, brings both a clinical background and effective communication skills honed in his experience as a family liaison. As a behavioral health clinician in the Adult Outpatient Department at Hartford Behavioral Health, he used a variety of therapeutic modalities in individual and group sessions, and assisted clients in gaining access to resources. Scott also served as a case manager in the Young Adult Services department at A Community Support system, West Haven, Connecticut, providing support, advocacy, teaching, and practical assistance, and helping young adults transition from residential settings to independent living.
