Associate Clinical Director
Morgan Link transformed a hobby into a passion when she decided to pursue a career as a family therapist. Morgan loves helping people, especially when it involves helping a patient through a long-term struggle. To Morgan, there is nothing more rewarding. Her favorite part of the recovery process is watching the light come back into the patient after a long difficult road. In her role at Newport Academy, Morgan treats trauma, and various MH issues, including anxiety, depression, crisis issues, sexual issues, and substance abuse. Morgan is specially trained in DBT and has even led group DBT training sessions.
Before Newport Academy, Morgan worked as a primary therapist and group facilitator throughout Southern California at Phoenix House, Luminance Recovery, and The House of the Rising Son Recovery. She began working at Newport Academy in 2019.
