Pam Lessard, LMSW

Pam Lessard has extensive experience in clinical outreach, program development and implementation. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and is a licensed social worker in the State of Texas. Pam has worked in the field of addiction treatment and behavioral health for over two decades and has vast experience working with clients with addictive disease and co-occurring disorders. She has been consistently recognized in the southwest as a clinician, community outreach activist and advocate for those suffering from addiction and mental health issues.

Pam also has extensive experience volunteering with non-profit agencies. These agencies include Women’s Haven for battered women and children, and as a first responder for rape crisis victims. Pam feels a strong passion and commitment to the work of these agencies. In addition to this volunteer work, Pam has worked with Cook’s Children Hospital and is also trained as a CONTACT phone crisis counselor. She was also the Program Director for a battered women’s and children program where mothers and children found a safe haven for up to two years that included counseling, housing, job support and healing in a safe and supportive environment. Pam has consulted and worked with numerous agencies that provide care for individuals and families in need of treatment. She continues to support the community by fund raising and volunteering for those in need.
