Julia Breyer

Care Coordinator

Julia Breyer recently graduated from Chapman University with a B.A. in Sociology with a Social Work Emphasis. In fall 2009, she will enter the University of Southern California’s School of Social Work to begin working toward an MSW. Julia grew up in northern Virginia and relocated to California to be involved in the great recovery network here. She is active in the 12-step community. Having worked at other treatment facilities in the area, and through her own time in recovery, Julia brings personal and professional experience to Newport Academy. She is committed to helping clients overcome the challenges and obstacles encountered in early recovery, paving the way toward an appreciation for the greater rewards of sobriety.
