Jill Shelton, RN, MSN, FNP

Nurse Practitioner

Jill Shelton has worked in the field of substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders for over a decade. She is the Nurse Practitioner at Newport Academy and works closely with board-certified addiction psychiatrist, Ted Williams, MD. Jill provides a comprehensive history and physical for every adolescent that admits to Newport Academy and continues to follow-up with them and their families on a weekly basis. She graduated with High Honors from Long Beach State University with a Masters of Science in Nursing. Jill has extensive experience working with teens and families and is an essential part of the treatment team.
